The role

The Office Administrator will be responsible for the completion and efficient coordination of administrative activities across the business, including but not limited to executive and office administration support.

The role reports directly to our Business Manager. Main duties include, but are not limited to:-

  • Provide administrative support to CEO and Business Manager 
  • Diary, calendar and meeting Management for the CEO
  • Assist with various administration tasks including but not limited to: property management, fleet vehicle leasing and functions
  • Manage travel bookings for Senior staff, including flights, accommodation and expense claims and correspondence
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as updating of records and registers
  • Manage day to day office operations smoothly
  • Coordinate company events (internal and client facing)
  • Arrange corporate gifts as and when required
  • Co-ordinate company uniforms, including ordering and issuance to staff
  • Supervise junior administrative staff, where required, including work allocation and leave approvals
  • Maintain office lease register (national) and advise approaching lease expiration's to Business Manager
  • Assist with insurance claims if required
  • Manage courier accounts
  • Manage staff parking arrangements and allocation
  • Cooperate in general areas such as answering phones, “housekeeping” duties and the like, including covering absences/leave for front desk

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 years + experience in a similar administrative role
  • A positive and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Well presented
  • Shows initiative and problem solving skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organisational and prioritising skills 
  • Valid driver's licence

You will be comfortable working in a stand-alone role under general supervision. You will be proactive and show initiative to ensure the smooth running of daily tasks, taking a lead turning this role into your own.

Previous office administration experience is essential as is your desire to be part of a dynamic team.
