Wilchem is a leader in the liquid fertiliser and biological input market in South Australia, specialising in custom made solutions to meet the changing demands of the agricultural sector.
We are seeking an Office administrator on a permanent part time basis, three days per week with scope to increase hours at a later date by agreement.
Reporting to the state Manager, the role covers a range of administrative tasks such as, but not limited to below.
- Sales order processing and invoicing
- Marketing assistance, including web site maintenance and brochure development.
- Accounts payable and receivable functions.
- General customer service functions, including regular contact with our dealer network and administering our customer database.
- Experience in goods importing would be favorably viewed.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Proven experience and proficiency in the MYOB accounting software.
- Experience in a bookkeeping or customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster relationships with customers.
- The ability to work as part of a small team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Design/creative aptitude.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to be proactive and be flexible as opportunities develop.
