Our client s a registered property valuation firm. They offer a complete range of property valuation services in the Sutherland Shire, St George and Sydney metropolitan area.
With 30 years of extensive experience, they are able to provide a high level of expertise and accuracy in all valuations.
Location: Caringbah
Days / Hours: Wednesday to Friday / 9.00am - 3.00pm
Role Description:
- Overseeing the administrative functions of the office
- Managing office supplies and equipment inventory
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries - providing initial quotations
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property inspections
- Assist in invoicing and payment processing
- Assist in the scheduling of inspections, appraisals and surveys
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors when needed.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an Administrative role
- Background in Law / Property / Conveyancing
