Our client is a highly reputable Accounting firm in the South Eastern Suburbs. They are looking for an energetic Office Administrator to join their vibrant team.
  
The Opportunity
  
This is an amazing opportunity to make this role your own. You’ll be providing top level customer service to clients on reception and delivering high quality administrative support to the team. 
  
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering phones
  • Update and maintain client database
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Management of incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis
  • Preparation of client correspondence
  • Scanning and filing
  • Provide administrative support to Accountants
  • Ad-hoc administration as required
