A rare opportunity exists to join the Karratha Branch as an Office Administrator/Service Coordinator.

The Role
Due to the on going growth of our business we are looking for an Experienced Workshop Administrator to join our busy work force.
The Workshop Administrator will report directly to the Service/Workshop Managers & Branch Manager and will carry out department invoicing, reception, phone and email inquires, warranty support, and various data processing tasks to support time sheet entry and invoicing. In addition to various support tasks to the Branch and Leadership team including additional HR and administrative duties.
This role is all about having the right attitude and drive, you will be proactive and a team player who is enthusiastic to join a supportive, busy and diverse working environment.
This role is offered as a full time permanent position, working five days per week at the Double R Karratha Branch.
Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Customer support, addressing inquiries and request, exceeding customers expectations.
- Karratha Team support, providing Admin support to the team of trades people and leadership team.
- Ensuring time sheet entry transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and on time.
- Assisting in drafting written submissions as required.
- Processing Work Orders through to Invoice with Company system.
- Warranty installs and claims.
- Various Administration duties.
- Working closely with Branch Management Team and Head Office. Management Team.
To be successful you will have:
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Computer program experience including Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Experience with Excel.
- Deadline focused.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), able to assist in proof reading and editing.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader team.
