We are a friendly medium sized family business located in the northern suburbs and we are seeking an Office Allrounder. This is a casual position and the role is flexible (2 to 3 days - around 15 hours) and will suit someone that is looking for work during school hours.
Location of Role
The role will be located at our office and workshop facility in the industrial area of Malaga.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including data entry through Xero and other applications
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks.
- General office duties.
- Assisting with onboarding personnel, booking of medicals and flights.
Role Requirements
- Previous administration experience with Xero essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Daily management of emails and phone calls
- Accurate data entry through various Applications
