The PositionWe are looking for the right person to perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to be part of a team to facilitate the efficient operation of Accord Plumbers.
The Right Person for this particular role will;
- be friendly and personable
- be ready to jump in and help wherever needed
- take pride in their work and that of the whole team
- be comfortable in a busy, changing environment
- Answer the phone
- Document Control
- General administration and ad hoc duties as required
- Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Support and Assist the Office Manager in all areas as requested
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (essential)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an office role
- An energetic, friendly nature and have the ability to work as a team
On the job training will be provided for the right candidate.
On-site parking available. Pay rates are negotiable depending on the individual’s skills and experience
HOURS - We are looking for somebody full-time, immediate start preferred, 5 days a week, 7:30am to 3:30pm. Some flexibility here for the right candidate.
