Are you a versatile team player with experience in health clinic operation, team management and/or personal assistant duties? We are a bustling Chiropractic business in Baldivis and we are looking for a new Permanent Part-Time team member! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our allied health practice as an Office Allrounder, bringing leadership skills and a passion for promoting health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer service
- Front of house duties and general administrative tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
- Coordinate patient appointments, enquiries, billing processes, insurance processing, and financial administration.
- Maintain office cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead and support a team of administrative staff and health professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage human resource tasks, including hiring, training, performance evaluations and staff development.
- Liaise with practice management to provide support and guidance as required.
- Identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand our reach and enhance our growth and success.
Attributes
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, HR or PA role
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office software and systems (social media knowledge a
bonus!)
- A strong attention to detail, self-motivated and excellent problem solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and providing cover if required.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team as well as being able to work well independently.
- A commitment to promoting health and wellness in the community.
