OFFICE ADMINISTRATION ALL ROUNDER

Jackson Asphalt - Maddington, Perth

Permanent - Full Time

Who we are:

Jackson Asphalt is the longest running asphalt supply and lay company in Perth. We build and maintain high quality roads, carparks, driveways, hardstands, paths, and crossovers.

Our office is the central hub of the business. 

The role:

Based in Maddington, this pivotal role involves maintaining seamless office operations and procedures. This is a multi-faceted role if you like diversity this is the job for you. 

Key responsibilities for this position include:

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the office, serve as first point of contact for clients. Filtering phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate person. 

Provide administrative support to the general manager, accounts officer, including scheduling sales enquiries.

Data Entry, working with multiple programs, updating employee and client records.

Assist with financial administration tasks, such as 30-day review job reports, sub-contractor purchase orders, MYOB invoice entry.

Assist with HR related tasks including onboarding and employee inductions.

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following essential skills and experience:

What you’ll bring

You will have previous experience with managing all aspects of office administration project. 

• Multi-tasking 
• Great communication skills with clients, management, and employees
• Have a friendly disposition.
• Experience with technology and software, we utilise multiple programs.
• Can do attitude and problem-solving skills.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of MYOB
• Fleet and asset coordination.
• Mobilisation coordination
• Construction Industry exposure

 Essential:

• Car and valid driver’s licence

What we offer: Mon – Fri Flat Rate $30/hr, min 38hrs per week
