The Australian Higher Education Academy (AHEA) is seeking an additional part-time Office All Rounder to join our highly skilled and qualified team.
Monday – Friday
The Academy has recently commenced the process of registering to deliver training to overseas students. It is expected this position will grow and evolve into a full-time position over time and we are looking for someone who is able to commit to this position.
AHEA is a Registered Training Organisation and has been delivering nationally recognised training since 1995 and is located in a purpose designed centre in Wellington Street, East Perth and very close to public transport.
The role is varied & includes:
- Reception duties – answering phones; greeting and directing clients/students; maintaining the front office area neat and tidy; and other general office duties as required
- Assisting with mass printing of training materials
- Assisting with collection, scanning, and filing of student documents
- Assist in daily maintenance of databases
- Assisting with accurate record keeping and administration of student attendance & assessments
- Assisting in stock control (stationery and other office supplies)

Note: It is mandatory for the successful applicant to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
Previous experience in an administrative support role is highly desirable but not essential.
