Visscher Caravelle Australia is a market leader in automotive accessories. Due to the growth of our company, we are currently relocating our head Office and primary warehouse from Western Sydney to a brand new and purpose designed location on the Central Coast.
We require a permanent part time Office and Administration Manager with at least 2 years’ relevant experience to work 5 days per week from 9am to 2pm (flexible).
First 1-2 months of training and employment will take place in Glendenning (just off the M7 motorway) and all travel times will be paid, and tolls/expenses will be reimbursed for this period.
Duties will include:
- General light reception duties.
- Accounts Payable (enter invoices, post payments, expense reports)
- Accounts Receivable (receipt payments, customer statements)
- Customer Service (order entry, purchase orders)
- Project Tracking (ensure staff are on track for milestones and assist in coordinating any resources required to meet milestone)
- General admin duties (office supplies, filing/archiving, shipment costings)
- Support warehouse dispatch processes when necessary.
- Continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Other ad hoc tasks and special projects.
You will have the ability to work in a small team environment, have good analytical skills, attention to detail and strong time management.
Experience with Microsoft Office Excel to an intermediate level is essential, and the ability to learn new functions and tasks as required.
Knowledge of Sage or other SAP/Accounting packages is preferred.
Work from home arrangements can be discussed after initial training period is completed, but work will be primarily conducted from the office.
