As the Service Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your friendly demeanour alongside of the training provided will set the tone for their service experience, making a lasting impression that keeps them coming back.
Initially this position will be responsible for manning the incoming calls, responding to general enquiries, providing regular customer updates and making bookings when required.
Applicants must have;
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with diverse customer inquiries.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus.
