The Mercury is seeking an Office and Finance Manager to coordinate day-to-day office operations, manage financial systems and oversee all aspects of the organisational finances.
The Office and Finances Manager supports basic office administration and manages on-site filmmaker facilities and equipment hire, and providing all subscribers and visitors with exceptional customer service.
The Mercury (formerly Media Resource Centre) is the home of screen culture in Adelaide's west end, delivering regular screening programs across two cinema screens as well as a suite of programs and facilities to support emerging filmmakers.
This position demands a versatile individual with strong administrative skills and financial acumen.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated administrative and office management experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, preferable XERO, and MS Excel
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Project/event management experience, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Proficient in generating comprehensive reports and data entry.
- Collaborative mindset for effective teamwork and administrative support.
