Joy Hire are currently seeking an Office assistant in Paget, Mackay.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and motivated person to assist with day-to-day office operations at our business. This is a new position created to support our growing business.
The Role:
~Planning support and data entry
~Maintain vehicle and equipment registers.
~email monitoring
~Freight and delivery management
~Support smooth running of the business
~General Administration duties
~Manage accommodation, training, inductions etc.
Requirements:
~Good verbal and written communication skills
~Excellent data entry skills
~Computer literate (Microsoft and Outlook)
~Self-motivated and reliable
~Work alone as well as with the team
This is a Part time position with flexible hour arrangements to suit the successful applicant's lifestyle.
