DAILY TASKS WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO -
- LIAISING WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES, ASSESSORS AND CLIENTS
- ANSWERING PHONES
- MUST HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- DATA ENTRY (iBODY, AUDANET, ESTIMAGE)
- USING MULTIPLE PROGRAMS TO ENSURE CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES AND DATA ENTRY IS UP TO DATE
- PROCESS INVOICES (DEBTORS/CREDITORS)
- DAILY PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS
PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE MUST INCLUDE-
- iBODY, AUDANET, ESTIMAGE (OR SIMILAR INDUSTRY SOFTWARE)
- MULTI TASKING ON DAY TO DAY BASIS
- GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES
- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
THE PERSON MUST BE SELF MOTIVATED AND WELL ORGANISED TO APPROACH DAY TO DAY TASKS IN A BUSY FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT.
THIS POSITION WILL BEGIN AS CASUAL WITH THE SCOPE TO BECOME PART TIME FOR THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT.
