We're currently looking for an Administration assistant to join our busy pre-delivery team in Springwood!
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have previous experience in data processing, invoicing and be able to multi task. This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales teams are able to deliver new vehicles in a timely manner and exceed our customers expectations. We are looking for someone with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of service. Previous automotive experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills
- A high level of professionalism and personal presentation
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- A current Drivers Licence (Provisional or Full)
- Confident computer skills - Able to pick up new systems
Working in our Pre-delivery team you will be liaising with technicians, detailers, sales staff and contractors. You will be responsible for scheduling new and used vehicles thru the vehicle preparation process as well as clerical and administration duties as required.
