Purpose of Role
To assist the Office Manager in the overall running of the Maclean Australia branches office administration. The position will also provide backup to the Parts Co-ordinator.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable
- Assist with human resource management
- Ensure all insurances are renewed annually and are up to date
- Monitor Aus Sales mailbox
- Filing
- Opening and distributing incoming mail
- Reception duties
- Providing administration support to the Office Manager
- Providing support to Parts Co-ordinator when required
Education
- Minimum High School Diploma
Experience/Skills
- Two (2) + years’ experience in an office environment in a similar role
- Detailed oriented with proven numeric and analytical skills
- A strong understanding of office procedures and practices
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must be proactive
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously
