- $45 - $60k plus super. (determined by hours and experience)
Thimble & Co has been successfully operating over 10 years. The Company services the interior design market. Custom making and providing window and soft furnishings including bedding and cushions, curtains and blinds, shutters, upholstery and slipcovers, and fabrics and wallpaper.
The company has both its manufacturing facility, office and studio at its premises at 4th Avenue, Sandgate.
Thimble and Co. is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our motivated team as an Office Assistant. This multifaceted role offers the opportunity to be part of a passionate team designing, manufacturing and installing their products to clients in south east Queensland and beyond.
Responsibilities
Perform general office duties –
Answering and transferring calls.
Responding to emails.
Booking appointments and coordinating diaries.
Receipting and managing stock.
Maintaining office and studio spaces to ensure there is a conducive work environment.
Maintain the company’s social media presence.
Run errands and other office duties a s requested.
Requirements
Previous experience is preferred but not a prerequisite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of computer programs.
Proficient in MYOB entries.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Well-presented with impeccable manners.
Holds a current Queensland open drivers’ licence.
