Due to continued growth, we are looking for a an energetic, motivated and proactive Office Administration Assistant for a 4 month Fixed Contract who is to provide support to our busy Business Services Team.
This role will work closely with our existing Business Services Coordinator's to support the continuous growth of the business.

While you do not need to have any formal qualifications (but if you do that is an advantage), you will need to possess the attributes that make someone great in this exciting role. You:
- Love learning more about subjects you are interested in and analysing technical data
- Like to know how things work, you are hands on.
- Are able to communicate with a wide range of audiences, you like to keep things simple
- Can analyse numbers and data with ease, you readily see mistakes in data sets
- Work at a brisk pace and respond well to demands on your time
- Perform best when provided with clear direction and guidelines
- You are an active listener, not an active talker
- Enjoy support and guidance, you do not like being micro-managed
- When presented with something new, your default is to question and look for potential negatives
- Are generally a quick decision maker principally using your intuition & gut-feel
- You will generally accommodate the requests of others but will dig the heals in when you passionately believe in a different course of action
Skills & Experience
The candidate must have previous administrative experience and possess the following skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Great phone manner and customer service skills;
- Computer skills across the MS Office suite, particularly in Outlook, Excel and Word;
- Multi task and time management skills;
- Understanding of accounting roles and data
