Office Assistant required one day a week to relieve office manager in residential caravan park in Campbellfield.
Duties would consist of customer accommodation enquiries via email and phone, taking accommodation bookings, on site training of rent roll software system, on site training of residential tenancy applications and forms, end of day financial reports, organising trades people as required. Property Management experience beneficial yet not essential. Microsoft Office skills essential.
This role would suit a retiree or mother needing employment within school hours. The training would be extensive before the role became autonomous. Continual support from existing employees would be available at all times.
A current Police check would be required.
