Form of workOffice Assistant / Receptionist required for our busy organisation.
This is a support role where you will mainly be answering the phone, taking orders and data entry. There is also a physical element required, packing orders as necessary for clients.
The working environment is extremely busy and you will need to enjoy multi-tasking, be a team player and be able to discern priorities. The position is suited to an individual who is naturally a people person and is comfortable with the elderly. Strong communication skills are essential.
This position reports directly to the Office Manager. Roster will be set days, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, with the ability to work extra days to cover leave highly regarded. (approx 21 hours a week) .
Office Hours are from 7am - 2pm. Salary Packaging Options available.
Police Check and covid vaccinated necessary.
