We are looking for an Office Assistant either in office, virtually or a combination of both. Casual to start with, for 15 to 20 hours per week starting in August.
Summary of role
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative assistance to our Migration Agents. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient client communication.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review immigration documents, forms, and applications under the guidance of Migration Agents. (this is a major part of the role)
- Maintain accurate client records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with client correspondence, including responding to emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to Migration Agents, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
Experience
- You are attention to detail and system orientated
