Phantom Slabs is currently seeking a Part Time Office Assistant. We are a construction company that focus mainly on high end and custom build concrete works throughout Melbourne. Based in Carrum Downs and opening our doors in 2017, we aim to give our builders and customers the highest quality slabs available. Focusing on quality since the beginning, we are consistently trying to hit more targets and aim to provide the best quality slabs, but also the best service possible in the high end market in Victoria.
Job Role -
- Schedule/program building materials, surveyors and onsite subcontractors
- Assist with submitting tenders and organising material takeoffs
- Liaise with builders and supervisors on current projects with up to date plans
- Review scope of works and quotes before final completion with head of estimating
- Schedule and organise purchase orders with suppliers ready for on-site works to begin
- Ensuring correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
- General office duties
- Work within an admin team + 1 on 1 with the head of the company on growing the business.
About You -
- 1+ years experience in general office admin
- Female friendly business, this job role is for anyone
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- No experience in construction necessary (All training provided)
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Work experience in the trade industry or general construction a bonus
