Reporting to the General Manager, Shopping Centres the Office Buildings & Claremont Quarter Portfolio Manager will be responsible for the assett management and property oversight of the Office Building and Claremont Quarter Portfolio. Core Responsibilies Include:Financial Management
- accountable for short and long term forecasts of each portfolio / asset’s performance.
Marketing and Brand Impact
- responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to meet KPIs in the short and medium term.
Leasing
- responsible for driving deal flow and monitoring progress against budget and forecasts.
