Customer Service / Office Support

Located in Altona North, we are a well-established global business that manufacture & distribute a range of products to service the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. An opportunity exists for a self-motivated person to join our team in a multi-faceted Customer Service / Office Support role. 

The role is full-time, with general office hours between 8am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Position Description:

• Responding to customer enquiries.
• Order processing and basic product quotations.
• Processing customer credit requests.
• General office duties – document filing, stationery replenishment, arranging luncheons etc.

To be successful in the role you should:

• Possess high level organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Be computer literate and proficient using Microsoft 365.
• Be prepared to learn custom ERP system.
• Have at least 2+ years’ experience in a similar Customer Service / Office Support role.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
• Be proactive and be able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Have your own transport.
