Located in Altona North, we are a well-established global business that manufacture & distribute a range of products to service the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. An opportunity exists for a self-motivated person to join our team in a multi-faceted Customer Service / Office Support role.
The role is full-time, with general office hours between 8am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Position Description:
- Responding to customer enquiries.
- Order processing and basic product quotations.
- Processing customer credit requests.
- General office duties – document filing, stationery replenishment, arranging luncheons etc.
To be successful in the role you should:
- Possess high level organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Be computer literate and proficient using Microsoft 365.
- Be prepared to learn custom ERP system.
- Have at least 2+ years’ experience in a similar Customer Service / Office Support role.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Be proactive and be able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Have your own transport.
