Internal Sales Support:
- Sales Support: Provide assistance to customers regarding general sales inquiries, directing them to the relevant contact, and preparing quotations.
- Product Information: Create product information documents as requested by the NSW Sales office.
- Reporting: Generate reports and correspondence required by the sales team, including transcribing minutes from sales and other meetings.
- Digital Assets: Oversee and maintain the digital brochure and asset filing system for all business units.
- Reception: Manage office reception duties and act as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Functions/Events Coordination: Plan and execute internal functions and showroom events, handling tasks such as organizing catering if necessary. Additionally, coordinate meetings, conferences, and prepare materials for sales meetings.
- Product Spreadsheet Management: Maintain and update product spreadsheets, conducting gross margin analysis, and ensuring accuracy in product listings based on directives.
- CRM Database Maintenance: Manage contact information within Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Asset Management: Support in the organization and distribution of marketing images and assets, ensuring availability and accessibility as needed.
- Office Procedures: Take charge of office procedures, making decisions in collaboration with managers, and addressing site maintenance matters.
- Security and Reception: Manage daily backup tape coordination and security pickups, while also attending to phone calls and assisting guests. Oversee incoming mail and deliveries.
- Office Organization: Maintain cleanliness in the reception and general office areas, ensuring the showroom is welcoming and presentable for visitors.
- Supplies Management: Responsible for ordering and managing office stationery and catering supplies.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to site managers, including filing tasks as needed.
