Whadjuk Aboriginal Corporation represents the Traditional Owners of the Whadjuk region of the southwest of Western Australia. We work to manage native title benefits, while also advancing and strengthening Noongar culture, language, heritage, and society.
Whadjuk is the name of the dialectal group from the Perth area. The major cities and towns within the Whadjuk region include Perth, Fremantle, Joondalup, Armadale, Toodyay, Wundowie, Bullsbrook and Chidlow. The approximate size of the Whadjuk region is 5580 km.
Throughout the Whadjuk Region there are a range of significant Noongar sites. For instance, Ngooloormayup, known as Carnac Island; Meeandip, known as Garden Island; Gargangara north of Armadale; and Goolamrup, the suburb known as Kelmscott.

Duties- Provide excellent customer service.
- Attend to reception and provide reception services.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area, meeting rooms, and the office in general.
- Answer phones.
- Ensure equipment and machinery is in good working order and correct the problem or alert repair personnel if required.
- Maintain stationary cupboard and stock levels and order stationery and equipment when required.
- Coordinate and monitor the office building and facilities.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide administrative support to all staff including word processing.
- Assist with maintaining the record management system.
- Assist with organising meetings and events.
- Other duties as directed.
- Experience and ability to provide customer service.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Experience collaborating and working as part of a team.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent IT skills coupled with experience using MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
