SalaryI'm on the lookout for a Office Coordinator to join a thriving chartered accounting firm in the heart of the Sydney CBD!
- CBD Location - located close by Martin Place & Wynyard train stations
- Salary $60-65k package
- 9-5pm working hours
- Full time Monday to Friday
The role?
- Mail handling and distribution
- Filing, copying and delivery of documents for members of staff or directors
- Assistance with forwarding correspondence to clients
- Marketing the services of the Company.
- Restocking and cleaning of kitchen and general area, including reception area and meeting rooms
- Performance of all tasks to the highest standards of client service and in active cooperation with other Company staff.
- Other duties as instructed by your supervisor or a Director of the Company.

About you:
- Prior experience within an accounting firm
- Highlight your proven ability to efficiently manage administrative responsibilities with precision
- Navigate basic office software, including Microsoft Suite and communication tools with comfort and confidence
- Leverage your strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clarity and professionalism
