Nepean Office Furniture is an Established Family Business providing commercial furniture to businesses since 1987. We are currently seeking a Furniture Installer/Assembler/Driver for our Store Based in Penrith NSW.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Install and Assemble Office furniture, Including desks, chairs, workstations
- Shared Driving Position Light Auto Truck- Standard Licence
- Understanding Basic Layout/ Furniture Plans
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Liaise with customers at installation sites
- Delivery of furniture to customers across Sydney Metro Area
- Picking Packing and Loading Furniture on Truck for Deliveries
- Following all safety procedures
The Successful Candidate will Require the Following Skills:
- Ability to Work in a Team and Independently
- Work with Power Tools and Hand Tools
- Physically fit and able to lift and move, load and unload heavy items
- Current NSW Driver's Licence
- Industry White Card preferred
- Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
- Previous Experience with Flat Packed Assembly Essential
