We now offer a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Group IT Support Officer. This position will be providing effective, efficient, and timely Information Technology support to Street Furniture Australia and Conybeare Morrison. This role requires support for multiple sets of systems including Windows, Network, Server, Google Suite, Project Management System, Office 365, Design Software and other IT Operational Systems.
To be successful you will have a minimum two years’ experience in similar roles and you need to be highly motivated with excellent project management skills.
Must have (IT related):
- Excellent knowledge for troubleshooting in hardware and software field, desktop support, level 1 & 2 troubleshooting for servers, OS, networks including WANs, internet connection, Routers, VPN, RDP, email, and web security.
- Great skills for monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support all IT systems including Servers, Internet connections and Wi-Fi access, PCs, Laptops, telephones, software applications and peripherals.
- Experience and knowledge on cyber security, associated tools, and practises, to assist with Cyber Security Maintenance and with any Present/Future Projects.
- Involvement with research and testing of applications and hardware for deployment.
- Experience with Maintaining IT Asset Register, ensuring all asset details, legal documentation and licensing are recorded and kept up to date.

- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure effective and timely response.
- Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and prioritisation skills.
- Delivering a high level of customer service.
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team, meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
- Work with external agencies for systems/IT improvements.
- Keeping safe and confidential the security of the Companies’ IT/IS systems.
- Willingness to be available for support after hours.
