We are a leading Office Furniture supplier based in the Northern suburbs who supply workstations, storage, joinery, and seating to Government, Corporate, Education, and Healthcare clients throughout Melbourne and Victoria. 

We will provide training on our products and processes to ensure you are successful in the role. You will be working closely with the Senior Project Sales Co-ordinator. You will also be part of a great team working with Project Managers, Operations, and Sales Executives. You will be responsible for leading the team and coordinating site installations as required.

You must hold a current driver's license with a good driving record. Light to medium rigid truck licence is an advantage. White card is essential. A police check will be required and you must be fully Covid-19 vaccinated for working at hospitals and healthcare sites. 

Duties include but are not limited to: -

• Installation of Office Furniture and workstations to customers across Victoria
• Soft wiring workstations for power requirements (electrical qualification not required)
• Placement and unwrapping of loose furniture items into their positions, including removal of rubbish and ensuring a clean site upon project completion. 
• Understanding office layout and furniture plans is essential 
• Ensure all furniture is installed securely and accurately, inspecting for defects or damage and promptly addressing any issues to maintain quality standards. 
• Being able to problem solve on-site, work independently and unsupervised
• Need to be part of a team and work well with other people
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members to achieve project objectives. 
• Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment.

• Loading truck for daily deliveries
• All tools are supplied including PPE uniform. 
• Maintaining a safe and organised warehouse
• Maintaining safe work practices on-site at all times
