About the Role
As the Office and Human Resources Manager, this position offers a hands-on opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operations of the administration team while also overseeing the Human Resources function.
You will enjoy a diverse, fast-paced environment with a range of responsibilities, leveraging your skills in administration, people management, and HR coordination across a diverse array of responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of administrative staff (people management, workflow, and resources)
Act as the first point of contact for telephone calls, email inquiries, and any visitors
Become the 'go-to' person in the office for all administration tasks including reporting, creating documents or presentations, and database administration
Significant Human Resources administration for the company including contracts, performance management, appraisals, and EBAs
Provide support with diary management and scheduling meetings as required for the three directors
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and perform facilities management duties
Mange communications with the external IT support company
Skills & Experience required
Your customer service skills are well-developed, and you enjoy being the first point of call for your colleagues and peers. You also enjoy working closely with external stakeholders of the business
A depth of experience in Human Resources coordination
Someone who is proactive and outcome-focused. You will be confident in asking questions, escalating potential issues, or following up with stakeholders if required
Strong time management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities
The ability to manage and mentor administration staff
Strong skills in the Microsoft Suite
