Carlo Acutis Catholic Primary School Catholic Primary School, located on Jardin Road, Wollert West, is a new school in St Peter’s, Epping Parish. The school's Stage One building project is currently being built and is due to open at the start of the 2025 school year. The full-time, ongoing Office Manager position will start at the beginning of Term 3 this year (or upon agreement) to assist the principal in preparing the school for opening in 2025.
We seek a highly motivated, efficient, dynamic, and flexible person with excellent communication and IT skills. As we begin to build a new school community, the successful applicant must be welcoming, caring, and willing to forge positive relationships with the whole school family.
It will be advantageous if the applicant has previous experience in a school setting, but a proven openness to learning will also be highly considered. It is essential that the applicant can work well within a team and lead and inspire others.
Duties are set out in the role description attached to this advertisement. Please note that the projected enrolments for this school are set to reach 700+ students; therefore, the role will evolve as more administration staff are employed and the school enrolments grow. This will be discussed further at the interview stage.
This position is classified under the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement (38-hour week) and will be commensurate with relevant skills and experience. This salary payment includes a superannuation contribution in accordance with Superannuation Guarantee Legislation.
