About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to contribute to the efficient operation of Kokoda’s business and assets by providing administration support that is meaningful, responsive, and considered.
Responsibilities:
- Autonomously manage the office function
- Provide administrative support to all teams, as required
- Ensure office is always maintained to a high standard and clear of clutter
- Maintain office supplies ensuring constant, uninterrupted supply
- Day to day management of company technology requirements. Assist staffwith IT troubleshooting and escalate to external consultant to assist if necessary
- Day to day management of company insurance including processing claims and maintaining related registers
- Manage security access, including issuing / retrieving security passes and keys. Maintain related registers
- Manage cleaners, equipment, and services
- Ensure company pool cars are maintained and roadworthy. Manage all related processes and registers
- Manage relationship with external agents appointed under caretaker/management rights arrangement
- Assist with any other adhoc tasks and projects
About You
As someone who is results oriented and committed to quality outcomes, you will also bring the following skills, experience, and behaviours:
- Minimum of five years administration/operations/customer service experience in a fast paced, changing environment with competing demands
- Current Driver’s license
- Ability to manage time, responsibilities and competing priorities without supervision
- Advanced technology skills and Microsoft Office knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Articulate communicator with professional presentation
- Team oriented with a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
- Supportive and outgoing personality with a friendly smile
