About the role
We are looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable Office Manager to oversee our administration at our Gosford office. Your new position will involve the following duties:
- Answering telephones and making appointments
- Correspondence with clients
- Electronic filing
- Invoicing and debt collection
- Trust accounting processing
- Filing tax returns and BAS statements
- Maintaining client database and relationships
- Supporting our team of accountants
