Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise office staff, providing leadership and support
- Schedule and coordinate job assignments for clients, ensuring efficient utilization of resources
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a well-functioning work environment
- Collaborate closely with the business owner to align office activities with overall business goals
- Monitor project timelines and deadlines, taking proactive measures to address potential delays
- Work closely with the outgoing Office Manager during the transition period
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and systems
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in the building industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in office software and project management tools
- Familiarity with the building industry and construction processes is a plus
