We service Environmental Consultants, Mines, Occupational Hygienists, Government Departments and the public by providing quality service and independent results.
We are seeking a Office Manager to join the Melbourne office. The ideal candidate will be well organised and enjoy working as part of a team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- General customer enquiries through phone and email
- Meet/Greet customers and site visitors
- Organise and coordinate maintenance for the site
- Liaise with lab staff
- Purchasing of laboratory consumables
- Address complaints and escalate appropriately
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior knowledge is essential
- Have high attention to detail
- Be an excellent communicator (verbal & written)
- Have the ability to meet tight deadlines & work under pressure
- Be reliable & self-motivated
- Be a team player
- Flexible with their working hours
