The Opportunity:
The company is looking for an Office Manager to join their team in Perth.

- take high volume incoming calls and to pass of to correct colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a friendly, professional and helpful consumer experience
- Professional phone manner, managing enquiries.
- Maintain efficient business communications
- Maintain consumer information database
- Management of office facilities
- Triaging team member and consumer issues raised
- Act as a valued team member by undertaking other duties and responsibilities as may be required from time to time
About You:
- You are a self starter
- Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive “can do attitude”
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- High attention to detail
