Our available position requires an immediate start.
We are a fast-paced Handy-person Company, servicing predominately Real Estate companies across the Illawarra.
General overview of work:
- manage and monitor emails, phone and app notifications.
- scheduling work to be completed by field staff.
- raising invoices for work completed.
- raise new quote and work order requests.
- staff management.
- liaise with and direct field staff members.
- track staff hours and complete weekly pay runs.
- manage and delegate work to your office assistant.
- manage accounts and pay invoices.
- conduct basic book-keeping in Xero.

Highly regarded attributes:
- Real estate property manager experience.
- Experience in a similar role or trade based company.
- Experience with Xero accounting software.
- Experience with Service M8 job management software.
