The role:
We are looking for an administrator to provide support to the accounting team. This role requires someone who takes a real pride in their work, with excellent time management and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of correspondence
- Opening and distributing mail
- Database maintenance
- Maintenance of ATO and ASIC lodgements
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Day to day Office Management
- PA support to Director
- Ongoing client management
- Diary Management
- Adhoc admin duties
- Previous experience in an accounting/professional service practice preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, complete tasks efficiently and be a team player
- Strong attention to detail
