We are Australia’s largest and most award-winning independent auctioneering company seeking a highly organised Office Manager to join our team. As the ‘go-to’ person, this position will see you utilise your administration, time management and organisational skills on a daily basis. Your duties will include:
- Auction diary management
- Auction results collection
- Handle all incoming phone and email enquiry
- Website and database maintenance
- Ensure office and auction room is well-kept at all times
- Communicate directly with clients
- Organise office operations and events
- Attend weekly auctions on Tuesday evenings
- Maintain office stationary stock levels
- Greet all visitors to office and accept deliveries
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management and organisational skills
- Computer literacy
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload
This is a Monday – Friday role based in Double Bay.
