We are looking for an Office Manager that knows the ins and outs when it comes to all things Administration, is highly organised and can implement an adaptive approach when things arise that need quick action. If you have experience, thrive on organisation, are a great communicator and can be adaptive - We would love to hear from you.
Qualifications & experience
- Office Management or Administrative Experience (2-5 Years)
- Strong understanding of business financials
- Experienced in; Office (Word/Excel), Xero (or similar program)
- Experience in a job management system e.g Tradify, Aroflo (Highly referenced but not essential).

- Managing Accounts (Invoices/Quotes/Purchases)
- Payroll
- Administrative Duties

- Assist in; Recruitment, Policies, Meetings, Training
