About the Role
An opportunity exists for someone to join the team at Aircon Services on a part-time basis (approx. 25-30 hours/week) as Office Manager.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Answering sales calls / enquiries
- Scheduling and dispatching
- Invoicing and some quoting
- General office administration
- Basic bookkeeping including payroll
The role would suit someone who is willing to ‘own’ the role and responsibilities and make it their own. Working with a small team, there is a great deal of flexibility and autonomy with the option to develop and grow the role.

- Experienced Administrator
- Organised and excellent time management skills.
- Great communicator
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Basic bookkeeping / payroll experience highly regarded.
