Working as project development partners with Australian farmers, Indigenous communities, large energy users and waste facility managers, they help their customers find additional revenue streams whilst improving on environmental performance.
They know that getting involved in carbon trading isn’t core business for their clients, but it is for AIC. Through understanding the key drivers of different businesses, they work to improve bottom line without the need for you to worry about complicated carbon market details.
Your new role
A newly created role you can make your own! You will take on the role of Office Manager and Executive Support to the Executive and Senior Leadership Team. This role will be suited to someone who is comfortable in a role where your duties and responsibilities may evolve. Your key accountabilities will include:
- Administrative support to Senior Executives and Managers, including travel arrangements and meeting bookings with external stakeholders
- Administrative support to the CEO
- Workshops and field day organisation
- Fleet management
- Document formatting
- Office management such as development of policies and procedures, ordering of equipment and stock
- Administrative WHS support, scheduling inspections and checks
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will be a flexible and dynamic team player demonstrating skills in:
- Providing Executive Support including diary and travel management
- Performing general administration to a high level
- Previous office management experience will be highly regarded
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Working in a collaborative environment
- Ability to work independently and seek support when required
