Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing task assignments and monitoring the performance of staff in the Perth office, as well as managing employees located in The Philippines and France;
Ensuring proper maintenance of office equipment;
Managing the cleaning service company’s work;
Handling both incoming and outgoing correspondence;
Contributing to the planning of corporate events;
Scheduling and organizing meetings, briefings, and negotiations with educational providers and other partners;
Budgeting and managing office-related expenses;
Organising events for the company’s clients;
Ensuring work complies with government legislation, policies and procedures;
Providing initial briefings and trainings for new employees and interns.

We are in search of an adept individual proficient in both English and Russian languages to fulfill the role of a Multilingual Content Creation and Consultation Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development: Proficiency in producing video, imagery, and written content in both English and Russian languages.
Editing Proficiency: Skilled in the use of editing tools such as CapCut, VN, and Canva for video and image enhancements.
Client Consultation: Providing expert guidance and consultation to potential clients regarding study courses tailored for international students, fluently communicating in both English and Russian.
Social Media Management: Responsible for maintaining and managing content across social networking platforms such as Instagram and VK.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated capability in creating diverse content in English and Russian languages.
Proficiency in utilizing video and picture editing tools like CapCut, VN, and Canva.
Strong ability to effectively consult and communicate about study courses for international students in both languages.
Experience in overseeing and managing social media platforms, including Instagram and VK.
