The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting an Office Manager for our Maroochydore home in Sunshine Coast
  • Full-Time Permanent Role - Monday to Friday

We currently have a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills to work at our Regis Maroochydore home. Working Monday to Friday, occasional weekends may be required. The Office Manager position is a key role within the frontline management team within the facility.
A day in the life as an Office Manager with Regis may see you;
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all company, resident and employee matters
  • Manage training, compliance & education records
  • Ability to manage staff rostering, allocations and personnel file management
  • Reconciliation & order processing for our Clinical, Support Services, & Administration teams
  • Timesheet, payroll co-ordination & queries, Staff Orientation
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Provide general HR support including assisting with the recruitment & onboarding process and generating employee documentation as required
About the Home
Located just 7 minutes from the Sunshine Coast, south of the heart of Maroochydore, Regis Maroochydore is set amongst well-tended lawns, palm trees, verandas, sunny courtyards and a large outdoor area shaded beneath sails. It is situated close to shops, the Sunshine Plaza Shopping centre, the Big Top Shopping Centre and the beautiful beaches of Maroochydore.
About you
As a collaborative and strategic member of the operations team, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you'll have the following:
  • Administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Microsoft Office suite and competent with the use of internal systems
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Reliability, and a well-organised approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Can do attitude with a forward-thinking ability
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Demonstrate the ability to exercise initiative, and independency and provide proactive support within a team
