The Role
Responsibilities include:
- Diary management and appointment coordination
- Handling and recording team inquiries
- Database entry and maintenance
- Client relationship management
- Listing properties online for agents
- Sales contract preparation and processing
- Crafting marketing materials
- Providing support to the Property Management team when needed
With a minimum of 3 years in Commercial real estate, you should possess:
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and driver’s license
- Approachable, supportive, and friendly demeanor
- Professional presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Vault RE and general computer skills
- Proactive and independent work style
- Initiative and a positive attitude
