Qualifications & experience
- Bookkeeping or Accounts Management experience
- At least 3 years experience in office administration
- Good communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Creative design flair
- OH&S knowledge (preferred but not essential)
- Government / Tender knowledge (preferred but not essential)
- Building industry knowledge (preferred but not essential)
Tasks & responsibilities
- Office Management, Driving Business decisions, Business Marketing, Team management & Book Keeping, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll / HR
- Reception/Data Entry, General Admin Duties, Personal Assistant to Directors, Cleaning, Manage Systems & Provide Structure, Manage Office Environment & Appliances: ph system/printers. OH&S Design, Document and Record Keeping, Assistance with Tender & Government Applications, Assist Accountants
- Training provided if needed
