The Firm
This well-established, global engineering firm in Perth CBD is seeking an Office Services Coordinator to provide support to the team. The firm is located in modern, open-plan offices in the heart of the city. This is a 6 month temp assignment with the view to go permanent.
The Role
As part of a close-knit team, you will be providing support to a team of project leaders and engineers with:
- Overseeing and maintaining the office space
- Liaising with building management
- Receiving and sorting mail
- General administration
- Assisting the projects team
The Candidate
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Strong building services experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed knowledge of Microsoft Office
