We are a team of 23 partners and 240 people that is growing to meet the demand of our clientele. About the Role We are looking for a confident and organised team player to join our team as an Office Support, to provide general support across a busy 240 person office.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role works as part of a small team focused on making sure that the office environment is working efficiently. We are open to full-time and part-time candidates. Key Responsibilities Cleaning of all kitchens throughout the office, including emptying and refilling of dishwashers Refilling stock in kitchens throughout the office and ensuring there is sufficient additional stock available in the kitchen for refilling Cleaning of coffee machines including restocking, maintaining and descaling Maintaining dishwashers to be used daily including monthly descaling Ensuring all benchtops are wiped down and clean Sorting, delivering and dispatch of incoming and outgoing postage and mail Franking mail using franking machine Preparing morning/afternoon tea and lunches with correct food handling practices Organising catering for ad hoc events as and when required Cleaning up from internal firm wide events Lifting boxes and delivery around the office and externally Moving furniture and equipment including reconfigure conference room layouts Completing weekly grocery orders including coffee pod orders Completing regular stocktakes of stock currently on hand Email correspondence with internal and external parties Document creation and filing Preparation and maintaining floor plans Relevant Skills
